How to Hatch a Story

How to Hatch a Story

Written by Kari Ann Gonzalez
Illustrated by Rachel Suzanne

In this third installment of the "How to Hatch . . ." series, the chickens have perfected their reading and writing skills and are ready to hatch a story.  Learning story structure is so much fun that even Fox decides to join in to improve their skills (and hopefully acquire a snack). But Fox soon discovers the right words are sometimes hard to find, and even one word can change the whole tone of the story and ruffle a bunch of feathers! Thankfully, with revision and the help of some plucky friends, an egg-straordinary story is sure to unfold!
